Turnaround Time & Delivery
<sub>- Turnaround time varies between 1week-1month
Hard deadlines mess with my work quality
-Rush Fee is 10% of Final payment
Rush work is 3-10 Days
-Work updates are always given but always feel free to ask for one
- Final Image/File) will be delivered via whatever you used to contact me</sub>

Revisions
<sub>- You get 2 chances for changes to the Commissioned piece
-1 during the base sketch for no charge as long as its not a major change
- 1 during the coloring stage allowing color changes to the piece</sub>

General Rules
-Please provide neat references & Descriptions especially for 3D Models
-Please tell me of any Deadlines or changes
-Purchasing art gives you the buyer a PERSONAL USE Version of your art
-Commercial use can be discussed later
-All Products are digital only

-You the client are Not allowed to use my work in any form of Artificial intelligence generation or crypto/NFT things

-Credit to the artist must be provided in written descriptions (@Ladydove121)

-Personal Use: Includes use of my art as a Profile Picture, Wallpaper or Background Image.
-It is not approved for use to make Profit off of or for redistribution. Selling and Reproducing it is forbidden.
-Commercial Use: This allows for the art to be reproduced for profit. This includes Merch and Streaming Assets
- You may profit off the art with the right licence.

I,The Artist
^{Maintain all rights to my art under the name Ladydove121. It is prohibited to manipulate, trace over, edit or claim that you made any of my commissioned art.
Have the right to post a finished product on my socials and a speed paint on my youtube.
Will NOT claim the IP (Intellectual Property) of any commissioned artwork.
reserve the right to cancel the order for any reason prior to payment
Will take as much time as I need to fulfill the commission, depending on the complexity.}
ㅤYou, The Client^{Are ONLY allowed to use the commissioned work for personal use (profile picture, wallpaper, collection, etc.). The work can also be used for non-monetary promotional purposes, but you must credit me as the artist.
You can physically print them out but only for display purposes not for monetary gain.
Should know that ill behavior (ex: speaking poorly of my work especially behind my back, etc) is considered grounds for declining a commission & blacklisting
Must communicate back with when required during the commission process, if you fail to do so the commission will be cancelled with no refunds.
Acknowledges the artist behind your commissioned work has other responsibilities that may interfere with their work. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that I will take my time.
